1. Customer has made an informed decision in selecting the appliance. Goods once sold/installed and/or used/unused cannot be returned.
2. Ordered goods, once dispatched from the Manufacturer’s or their agents, and or ready for delivery from store or waiting for customer pick-up cannot be returned or cancelled because of change of mind or any other reasons thereof.
3. However, ordered goods can be cancelled prior to it being shipped by the Manufacturer or their agents, with a 20 % cancellation fee.
4. Warranty obligations are borne solely by the Manufacturer's or their agents thereof. Sold items covered by any defect’s; liability will be subject to the manufacturers standard warranty. However, Sydney Home Energy Solutions will arrange Service from Manufacturer.
5. Delivery Costs are in addition to product invoice, and vary depending on distance, physical size of package, difficulty of offloading and weight etc.
6. This contract is conditional on the Seller having the goods available at the quoted price within three months of the Order Date.
7. The contract is subject only to those rights and remedies in respect of the goods and/or services which the Customer has under the Trade Practices Act and similar State and Territory laws which cannot be excluded at law; and such conditions and warranties as are expressly stated herein.
8. All orders should be collected within 7-days of notification, failure to do so may incur storage costs of $20.00 per day per item unless otherwise agreed with the Seller.
