Product review:
We bought the Archer gas IS900 Insert Charcoal. We were so amazed at how much heat this fireplace produced and the surround can still remain touchable. which means we could put our TV over the fireplace without any issues. As Masood described this is a very efficient gas fireplace! As we can turn on the fireplace for an hour with our ducted aircon fan on, the heat remained in circulation for hours. This has certainly transformed our freezing house into a warm and cozy home.

Masood and the team were wonderful. From the get go Masood took particular interest in our heating requirements and helped us pick the gas log fire that would suit our home and be installed with the least amount of stress. He personally visited our property took measurements and assisted with the design aspect etc. The plumbing team and Carpenter were all professionals that took pride in their work to ensure that we were 100% happy with the job. Upon completion Masood came over once again to inspect and ensure the finished job was completed to a high standard. Overall my experience with Sydney Home Energy was stress free and it was a great relief to know that the work was completed by a team of professionals who knew what they were doing. I love my new gas log fire.
